I use simple methods and easily applicable techniques from the best coaching and mentoring authorities. For business-life coaching coaching (to help leaders remain intergral), I use practices of Solution Focused Coaching by Erickson International, Clean Coaching For Leadership by the Clean Coaching Centre and the Institute of Leadership and Mamangement. As a Professional Scrum Master (PSM-1) I apply various methodologies of SCRUM framework on top of this to facilitate agile management-driven organizational transformations. For leader coaching, I utilize Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching; the program designed by the world's #1 executive coach. This leader coaching system contains Global Leadership Assessment, executive coaching and team coaching.

On top of my 30-year entrepreneurial experience, in 2023 I became a certified trainer in Sitiational Leadership, and as the first Pole I was awarded with an accreditation of Clean Coach for Leadership by Institute of Management and Leadership in UK. I was also chosen to become a member of Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and Forbes Couches Council in USA and I was verified as en executive coach by the Trusted Coach Society in UK. From 2022 till mid 2023 I spend over 200 hours learning Non Violent Communication. The International Coach Federation awarded me with the Professional Coach Certificate to confirm my ICF-related knowledge and proficient use of coaching skills. On July 31st, 2020, I was awarded with the Professional Coach Certificate by Erickson International for completing the Solution-Focused Coach Training Program and the Coaching Mastery Program. The first coaching awards I won in 2020 were the Leader Coach Certificate and Team Coach Certificate which I received after the completion of Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching course in April.

My usefull skills in NLP, Positive Psychology and Agile Leadership
In 2021, I completed the Neuro-Linguistic Programming course by iNLP, and I also received the titles of Certified Practitioner in March and Certified Master Practitioner in June. NLP helps me be more realistic and pragmatic in coaching and supports my mind management. It mainly supports getting resourceful ASAP in situations when we quickly need it (disasters, setbacks, life challenges).
In the summer of 2021, I was focused on Positive Psychology by Dr. Martin Seligman and completed my first Positive Psychology course at the University of North Carolina designed by Prof. Barbara Fredrickson. In September 2021, I went on to finish a 5-part course created by the University of Pennsylvania: “Foundations of Positive Psychology”. Positive psychology supports me in finding better solutions, being more future oriented and supporting my clients in a better application of their character strengths.
During the final three months of 2021, I was learning agile leadership, and on the last day of 2021, I passed my SCRUM exam and became a Professional Scrum Master. SCRUM helps me have a more flexible approach to team management and clarifies how to better use empiricism and fast learning in everyday work. In addition, learning how to lead by coaching enabled me to help people more effectively.
Since January 2022 I have been studying Non-Violent Communication in order to better understand our needs and strategies of their fulfillment. I’ve been practicing this methodology with combination of Clean Coaching principles which has also become a pivotal area of my development in conducting concise conversations which are entirely and exlusively focused on client’s calling.

Since 1999, with my company MIA I have acquired over 60 well-known global clients. By working directly with their headquarters, I’ve delivered various solutions for shopfitting, horeca and fitness markets.
For the last 21 years, my business structures manufactured shop equipment for over 5,000 shops in 150 countries and implemented the production of over 11,000 products.
My teams and companies have created and implemented over 20 various store design projects and equipped with furniture and shopfitting supplies at over 300 locations worldwide.
My companies completed over 250 various general construction projects in France, Germany, Russia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Belgium, Poland and Kazakhstan.
In addition to shopfitting successes, I monitored various growing markets and since 2015 my companies have been active in the fitness market. We have designed fitness concepts for one the most important fitness operators in France and equipped over 100 fitness clubs.

The second target is to deliver life strategies for autists and assure their development in order to fully integrate them with local society.
